Working closely with our Human Resources Director, this role offers a mix of hands-on and strategic responsibilities, supporting six manufacturing facilities – four located in Wisconsin and two in Michigan.

Primary duties will include monitoring equipment operation, conducting basic to intermediate troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You are knowledgeable and well-trained to test product quality, load and unload bulk tanker trucks and hopper bottoms, and maintain accurate production records.
